Surrounded by a spacious wooden solarium and shaded by cherry trees, the pool overlooks an extraordinary landscape: the rolling hills of the Roero and Langhe, with the silhouette of Monviso in the distance, create a timeless view—ideal for those seeking a moment of peace and beauty.
The Luserna stone flooring and the diverse botanical varieties lining the paths create a refined and harmonious atmosphere, perfect for those dreaming of a resort with a pool immersed in greenery. The environment is designed to offer a full sensory experience, between the fragrances of cultivated essences and the restorative silence of the landscape.
At sunset, the park transforms: the warm light illuminates every corner, intensifying the atmosphere and creating genuine emotions by the poolside.
Adding to the poolside experience is the Pico Pool & Bar, open daily from 12:00 to 15:00. More than just a bar, it is a true open-air gourmet corner: here, guests can enjoy refined seafood crudités and exclusive dishes designed to enhance the freshness of each ingredient, paired with a curated selection of fine wines and signature cocktails. Every creation is crafted to deliver a high-level culinary experience, perfectly in tune with the elegance and tranquility of the setting.

THE PARK
The Wisteria Walk
The Wisteria Walk is one of the most enchanting spots: a natural tunnel where the intoxicating scent and delicate colors of the flowers create the illusion of walking through an impressionist painting. A timeless symbol of love and fidelity, wisteria gently accompanies the steps of lovers in an atmosphere of intimacy and calm, where time seems to slow down.
THE ORCHARD
A little further on, the Cherry Garden welcomes century-old trees of various species, offering delicate white blossoms in April, ruby-red fruit in May, and generous shade throughout the summer months. The Madernassa pear-lined paths trace the landscape, leading the way to the restaurant and the vineyard. In the orchard, olive trees, fig trees, apple, pear, and peach trees grow side by side, in harmony — silent witnesses to the seasons and the patient rhythm of the earth.
THE NATIVE WOODLAND
At the highest point of the park oaks, hornbeams, alders, maples and shrubs of hazel and hawthorn offer refuge to local wildlife. Those who walk with patience, respect, and wonder may spot signs of small wild creatures and learn to read the quiet rhythms of nature.

THE OBSERVATION TOWER
At the top of the park stands a small wooden tower, overlooking the landscape: from here, the view embraces the Roero and gently touches the Langhe. It’s a special place — perfect for pausing with a glass of wine, taking a photograph, or simply enjoying the silence.
On Bright days, the Alpine arc embraces the landscape surrounding the La Madernassa park, and the magnificent silhouette of Monviso rises majestically in the background of this enchanting panorama.
